Melbourne wide electrical recently completed a job at our house, changing all our lights to downlights and doing a few other bits and pieces over a couple of days. Sam was extremely helpful and responsive through the planning and quoting stage. The eletricians that came and installed our new oven and grill were very friendly, efficient and informative. Also very punctual! They cleaned up after themselves and were also very informative on how the device worked and how to make sure it was all safe to cook with ectbeing brand new. I recently had Melbourne Wide Electrical install LED downlights, a ceiling fan, and exhaust fans in our bathrooms, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Zach, who initially came out for the site visit and provided the quote, was fantastic—professional, thorough, and gave great advice.On the day of installation, Max and another electrician (unfortunately, I can't remember his name) arrived on time and got straight to work. They were both efficient, friendly, and very skilled. I am extremely satisfied with the electrical work done and the attention to detail.Max and his colleague were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was tidy when they finished. I can understand why they're highly rated. We needed an electrician late on Monday, a young guy named Richard came from Bayswster to Thomastown to fix our electricity as something had shorted the wiring.Looked like he hadn't started shaving yet, but carried himself like an industry veteran.Was personable, answered our questions, and methodically diagnosed the problem. Was unruffled, competant, mature with a dash of humour. We were most impressed.Said he gets a beer if he gets a 5 star review.We had no problem giving him one. Enjoy the beer Richard! 🍺

On time! Richard and Lenny attended my home ON TIME to install an IXL fan. Richard was particularly impressive. He was the lead (instructing Lenny) and was very well groomed. At all times he was helpful to and respectful to Lenny, and there was not a swear word between them. They knew I was working from home and were doing all they could to respect me in that. So implacably well mannered and professional, and they totally cleaned up after themselves - no evidence of them having been there except an excellently completed job. If Richard instructed every electrical student in TAFEs in his ways the industry would be transformed. And Emily in customer service always beautiful and helpful.
